In partnership with the Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce and Savannah Economic Development Authority (SEDA), donations are being accepted to support federal employees, including TSA agents, FAA staff, air traffic controllers, Customs and Border Protection officers, and other essential federal workers living in Bryan, Chatham, Effingham, Liberty, and Long Counties who continue to serve our community without pay due to the ongoing federal government shutdown.  

Additionally, beginning November 1, thousands of individuals in our five-county area may lose access to federal benefits, including but not limited to a portion or all of their Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits. Donations made may also be used to support individuals and families impacted by this change.
